christopherlawson.net See you there! Chris is a recently-submitted PhD candidate and lecturer at the University of Queensland, Australia. His current research is focused on energetics, ecology, physiology and biomechanics - mainly of elasmobranchs. He has a background in biotechnology, marine science and fisheries, and uses quantitative analysis and models to understand natural systems from individuals to ecosystems. Chris enjoys writing, coding and teaching as part of his role, and has varied interests across the natural world, human performance and business. He provides a range of freelance services that are reflective of his skillset and is constantly seeking to build collaborations and a strong network of ambitious individuals and organisations. Chris lectures at the University of Queensland for Wildlife Management, and also works in teaching roles across fieldwork and laboratory work for a range of statistics, physiology, ecology and professional courses. |
